      Was a great company for learning and development

      Pros

      Great people / culture. Dynamic company with opportunity to learn & grow. Competitive Salary and respect for people. Salary increases as job responsibilities increase.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there, they had limited policies as it related to working from home. This included days of inclement weather. It was also difficult to balance work and home life there. I have since learned they do now allow more flexibility to work from home.

      Pros

      Good salaries and benefits, good variety of work. Always changing so very little time to get bored. Extra bonuses for project work.

      Cons

      Written strategy says they want employees who are entrepreneurial, however it is impossible to make that happen because of the bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Work pressure is moderate. Work related facilities are good. Resources and networking opportunities are good.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Ludwigshafen is not a great place to live, and public transport from nearby towns is time consuming. Does not feel a very lively organization. You work and go back home at the end of day following a monotonous routine everyday.
