Cons
Like all environmental consulting firms, Arcadis hires below your skill level. They will hire you with low-ball offer, which you will probably accept if you need a job. The potential for advancement is there, but it will take years for even one level of promotion. Be prepared to work at a level much higher than what you are getting paid for.
