Great CEO, Pay, co-workers and perks

Loved my co workers, the perks are great. I was content with my pay. Trips were nice. CEO is the best of the best in my opinion.

Cons

Management above me sucked to be blunt. Nice at first. Out of touch with what goes into the work, and I have never seen a place where everyone is so quick to point the finger because everyone is so afraid to make a mistake. Stress isn't worth it. Nothing flows smoothly.

Definitely a boys club They leave you on the bench for months and after that want to renew your probation by another 4 months No coaching at all Some directors don't manage their stress very well
