Access to C-Suite

Pros

Client work is usually working directly with C-suite individuals and 1 level down. Can be interesting work to help clients and the "when it really matters" is a real theme with clients as they're often in distress or in need of significant transformation.

Cons

Claim to be a meritocracy, though still very heirarchical. Slower to promote in technology than other practices. Considering it is a small practice the culture isn't as close as it should be.
