Some team members are supportive and collaborative Opportunities for growth exist in certain departments Convenient office location

Cons

Failed to handle a situation with fairness or transparency with one staff. Instead of considering other viable options or engaging in an open dialogue, they rushed to judgment. This lack of due process left a deep sense of injustice especially because it involved one of the staff, who deserved to be heard and supported rather than dismissed. Decisions often feel rushed and one-sided
