      Pros

      Everyone at Airbus is inspired by the product and identifies with it. Being motivated is easy because of the team spirit and the sense of a common goal. You always have the feeling of working at the forefront of technology. The company develops at a fast pace and things change on a day-to-day basis.

      Cons

      Because you work in a large company, you can easily get the feeling that you are a small cog in a large wheel. For a variable and interesting career in the long term you should look around in other departments and initiate a change. The good side is, that it is easily done having in mind the dimensions of Airbus.

      Pros

      The company is manufacturing beautiful products. The salary and working conditions are fairly good.

      Cons

      The human ressource management is terrible. The company is not caring at all for its employees and does not offer them any opportunities to grow as it makes the assumption that there will always be candidates to replace the leavers.
