Pros
Develop, test and manufacture very challenging Aircraft electronic devices. Our products are used in all Airbus airplanes up to A380. Our power outlets are mounted even in a lot of Boeing planes. Hardware and Software development of embedded devices.
Cons
Professionalism of management in development department is the lowest of the low. A lot of red tape. We are working in a company of 350 employees with bureaucracy of a 50.000 company, In the past five years, 80% of software development is outsourced to indian companies. This results to a poor product quality.
