Pros

Great culture and leadership that cares. Always looking for ways to be better and help you get to your next step in your career.

Cons

Before Covid, very strict on working from home. Could be more flexible and not requiring people to always come into office. Also, hold sales accountable more for their bad behaviors.

Pros

You will legitimately work with some of the brightest, best talent out there. I rarely worked with someone who wasn't open to helping if it was in their capacity to do so.

Cons

They lack an internal structured approach to developing their workforce which was not what I expected of an organization like this. A lack of file and communications plan, information management, structured statement of work and established training structure with certified trainers to produce consistent, high preforming associates leave this role in a fend for yourself (sink or swim) model. That's not to say your peers don't want you to succeed, they absolutely help in any way they can. However, without a structure to hang your organization on, the turnover here is incredibly high due to burn out.
