• Verstehen des Materialflusskonzepts des Systems und des physischen Systemlayouts
• Verstehen der technischen Designspezifikation für WCS/WMS
• Unterstützung von SIM bei der Entwicklung von Teststrategien und Testdokumentation
• Sie halten Kontakt zu den Projektingenieuren, um identifizierte Probleme zu lösen und melden diese
• Sicherstellen, dass die Lösungen auf die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des Kunden abgestimmt sind
• Regelmäßige Unterrichtung des federführenden SIM und/oder des PM über den Status
• Koordinierung der Simulations- und Emulationsdaten und -anforderungen
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Teilsysteme auf gemeinsame Ziele und kompatible Zeitpläne hinarbeiten
• Entwicklung des Testdurchführungsplans und Einholung der internen und externen Genehmigung
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Handbücher und Schulungen vorbereitet und durchgeführt werden
• Unterstützung der Inbetriebnahme Aktivitäten vor Ort bis zur Abnahme durch den Kunden
• Organisiert in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden alle für die Tests erforderlichen Materialien und Daten
• Unterstützung des Ramp-up

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in den Bereichen Steuerungstechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Mathematik
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer technischen oder verwandten Position
• Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, technische Dokumentation zu erstellen
• Klare und effektive technische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, mit Kunden in Kontakt zu treten, gute Interaktion mit Kunden
• Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit und effektive Teamarbeit
• Bereitschaft zu nationalen sowie internationalen Reisen (30%-60%) sowie einen Führerschein Klasse B
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig

• Frühere Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung oder Prüfung von Lagerverwaltungssoftware und/oder Steuerungssystemen in der automatisierten Materialflussbranche
• Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche
• Funktionale Führungsqualitäten

• Develop the Test Execution Plan and obtains internal and external approval
• Make sure that all manuals and training are prepared and executed
• Provide support to site commissioning activities until acceptance by customer
• Organises all materials and data required for the tests in collaboration with the customer

• Degree or equivalent qualification in the field of Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems or Math
• Proven experience in engineering or related position
• Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation
• Clear and effective technical communication skills
• Ability to be customer-facing, good with customer interaction
• Collaborative and effective team player
• Availability to travel internationally for 30%-60% of the time
• Professional working proficiency in German and English are necessary
• Driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role

• Previous experience in design or testing of warehouse management software and / or control systems in the automated materials handling industry
• Experience in the logistics sector
