At BESTSECRET, Search & Sort is evolving from a transactional tool into an intelligent, intent-driven discovery experience. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how millions of customers across Europe explore and discover products—leveraging semantic search, dynamic ranking, and personalization at scale.
This is a high-impact opportunity to own strategy and execution end-to-end, working at the intersection of search, machine learning, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and data scientists to build systems that directly drive business growth, contributing to a domain responsible for a significant share of company revenue.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Search & Sort, covering query understanding, semantic retrieval, ranking, and result presentation

• Lead the evolution from rule-based sorting to dynamic, context-aware ranking driven by user intent and market signals

• Drive technical product decisions across NLP, information retrieval, embeddings, and LLM-based approaches

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions

• Own and optimize key discovery and business KPIs (relevance, conversion, personalization, revenue impact)

• Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to product excellence and best practices across the organization
  

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering customer-facing digital products with measurable impact

• 2+ years working on search, ranking, or recommendation systems (e.g., semantic search, embeddings, re-ranking)

• Strong understanding of search architecture, NLP, and information retrieval systems; experience with LLMs is a plus

• Solid technical background in computer science, machine learning, data science, or software engineering

• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in cross-functional, matrix environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, business, and customer perspectives
