We are looking for an Area HR Total Rewards Specialist to lead and deliver strategic and operational Total Rewards programs across multiple countries within the Europe Central Area. In this highly visible role, you will partner with local HR teams, managers, and global Total Rewards experts to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do
As the Area HR Total Rewards Specialist, you will serve as the regional subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, mobility, and employee wellbeing programs.
Compensation & Rewards
- Partner with Global Total Rewards to conduct compensation analyses and respond to salary survey requests.
- Develop and maintain salary structures for non-U.S. countries across the assigned area.
- Perform market pricing analyses for positions to support recruitment, promotions, and job evaluations.
- Conduct geographical pay and compensation benchmarking studies.
- Prepare merit increase proposals and compensation recommendations.
- Lead compensation reviews, allowance assessments, and reward change proposals with management and HR partners.
Conduct job evaluations for country-specific roles and provide expert guidance on compensation practices.

Benefits Management
- Administer and coordinate local employee benefits programs.
- Manage relationships and service agreements with external benefits providers.
- Coordinate retirement plan administration and employee education.
- Oversee leave programs, including maternity, parental, disability, and other statutory benefits.
- Administer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offerings and employee discount programs.
- Ensure compliance and administration of tuition reimbursement processes.
Provide benefits coaching and advisory support to managers and employees.

Health, Wellbeing & Employee Experience
- Develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Deliver healthcare consumerism programs and employee wellness campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate local health events and awareness activities.
Promote employee understanding of available benefit programs through training, communication, and educational initiatives.

Mobility & Relocation
- Coordinate international mobility and relocation benefits.
Partner with Global Total Rewards and local HR teams to administer mobility policies, approvals, and employee support processes.

Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with managers, HR partners, and employees across multiple countries.
Provide consultation and guidance on compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards best practices.
Support organizational decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, mobility, and Total Rewards programs.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and employee data within HR systems.
- Coordinate employee transactions, approvals, vendor communications, and benefit-related processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for audits, compliance, and leadership decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and the employee experience.
- Provide administrative support for Total Rewards initiatives while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience, education, certifications, or a combination thereof.
- Strong working knowledge of Human Resources operations, particularly Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Experience interpreting compensation data and developing recommendations.
- Ability to analyze and present complex information in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Experience coaching managers and supporting organizational leaders.
- Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English .
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
- Experience supporting multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
- Exposure to international HR practices and employment environments.
Certification in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR-related disciplines.
