JOB DESCRIPTION

• Mission: Committed to building an efficient, advanced, and competitively strong production management team, and continuously achieving the company's vision.
• Objective: Lead the production team, develop departmental plans, and coordinate various resources to ensure that production plans and all work objectives are completed on schedule.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiency: Utilize various lean tools to continuously drive and optimize production efficiency.
• Quality: Ensure that all production operations comply with product quality and GMP requirements; continuously improve product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Cost: Apply continuous improvement and advanced management tools to optimize production processes, implement improvement projects, and control and reduce production costs.
• Delivery: Coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of monthly production plans issued by the supply chain.
• Safety: Ensure that all production operations comply with the company's safety committee requirements; continuously eliminate safety hazards and build a safe workplace.
• Morale: Continuously optimize the employee training system; focus on training and mentoring staff to enhance their skill levels; foster a positive working atmosphere and improve team morale.

Competency Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy or a related field. Overseas study experience in Europe is preferred. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or health product production experience, including at least 2 years of management experience at a similar level. Familiar with EU GMP Guidelines and with Experience in European Pharmaceutical companies will be better.
• Change Management Ability: Possess a positive mindset, continuously seek change, and demonstrate agile progress.
• Goal Management Ability: Strong ability to set clear goals and break down tasks effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Good logical thinking and mastery of certain scientific tools to conduct in-depth analysis and resolve issues.
• Leadership: Good communication skills and the ability to connect with people effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3.500,00€ - 5.000,00€ per month
