Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware)for Productivity and Quality improvement drives
• Supports existing product yield improvement and Ramp Up development efforts
• Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program Release requirements
• Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final(Packaged) Test to various Testing locations

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• B.S. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics.
• 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
• Demonstrated Preferred experience with: V93K/J750 test program development and Microcontroller product with Embedded Flash testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
