YOUR IMPACT
You will serve clients by leveraging a holistic, execution-centric approach, providing interim management and transformation leadership capabilities.
To achieve proven results, you will apply all levers: including not only cost, but also business model changes, revenue growth, organizational change and capability building. Your client engagements will often span 12+ months.
You will combine a strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial levers that will deliver client impact. You will apply of McKinsey’s results-oriented and proprietary MT processes, which are backed by tools, benchmarks, and methodologies.

You will join one of our offices in Germany and Austria and will be part of our fast-growing McKinsey's Transformation (MT) practice. You will serve on a client engagement team to help our clients in their transformation efforts.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree; master's degree or MBA is preferred
Degree in business/management, economics, engineering or law preferred
Experience with financial modeling, analysis and valuation preferred
Experience in driving operational turnarounds and/or accelerated growth initiatives spanning critical strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers
Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building
Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting, restructuring/transformation consulting, investment banking, private equity, preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing), in German and English
