YOUR MISSION

In this role, you will take on a diverse position at the interface of Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Support:

• Sales & Controlling:You review & prepare invoices and sales price calculations, andassist with reporting
• Procurement & Inventory Management:You coordinate suppliers, process orders, and manage master data. You assist with inventory accounting and actively participate in inventory counts
• Logistics & Customs: You organize incoming and outgoing goods, prepare shipping documents, and support customs-related processes
• Services & Customer Support: You act as a key point of contact for our customers and handleservice orders, including billing
• Admin & General Support: You assist with data analysis, perform administrative tasks, and organize internal processes in day-to-day operations

In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training (e.g., office, industrial, or logistics background)
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Strong affinity for numbers and analyses
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
• SAP knowledge and customs experience are a plus
• Hands-on attitudeand proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English
