Most of the interview process was a discussion rather than a Q&A format. I was asked about my experience with financial modeling and what contributions I had made related to that in my prior roles.

In the first round questions were asked which were not relevant for the Profile for which I applied. Hence was not able to answer the questions to full extent although answers were not wrong. I didnt expected to move this further. Surprisingly HR called for next round and more surprise was the same interviewer conducted second round of interview. Funny and Silly Questions like do you hold US Visa - the answer is No. next question comes " have you been travelled to US?"
