Here's an example of a feature release report. Judging by the information presented, what features (if any) do we need to prepare additional documentation for? How would you obtain any missing information?

Can you describe a challenging situation you've faced in a previous role, and explain how you approached resolving it?
Focus generally on leadership, management. Was asked several times about 'inclusion' and 'empathy'. The interviewers seemed to be asking these as canned questions pushed by HR policy as they couldn't clarify what the questions meant when asked. These political questions seemed very out of place, awkward.
A long question about writing ability that requested an example. Why not just ask to bring in a sample.
