I cannot remember the most tough or unexpected one, still, be prepared that GYG is taking seriously your fit to their company values.
They shared it was a new set of questions so I don't feel like I should share them all as someone has put time into it. But you can expect to answer questions around, projects and processes, stakeholder management. Your favourite close/ hiring process (I must have been asked this 3 times) & diversity hiring - there is also a sourcing activity/ hiring manager role play.
