All questions are pretty standard psych questions. Even with the question of "What is your biggest fault" always answer honestly, but add a positive spin to it. Example answer might be that you talk too much, but can use that as an added bonus that your customer service is excellent because of your social ability.
During the second interview, which is the OJE - "How would you describe the coffee?” - That happened during a coffee-tasting session with the Store Mgr, and it got me stumped.
I don't recall exactly but likely it was regarding solving a problem, how I did so or it was a relational question about when I had a conflict or disagreement, how did I handle it.
