The most difficult question involved a scenario with integrating an enterprise router into a SOHO environment with a commercial gateway. The customer had just installed the FIOS home internet service with a home level gateway. The customer has a dynamic IP but needed to run some a web service over some blocked protocols. It was our job to calm down an irate customer while explaining to them that what they need will require a service upgrade.
