The physical interview is a bit lengthy, bring plenty of water and don't be shy to ask for bio breaks. In total the physical interview sets to begin at 8 am and wrap up around 2 pm. Most common and repetitive questions: 1. Tell me about yourself (4x) 2. Greatest accomplishment (2x) 3. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now (1x) 4. Give me an example of how you handled a difficult situation(4X) 5. What is your career highlight (3X) As you can see there is a trend. I made to round 4 and then the interview took a wild turn. One of the interviewers became increasingly aggressive along with an aggressive tone that suggested he/she wanted to prove something or prove that inferior to me. Round 4, the other interviewer made a comment that took me by complete surprise regarding my background and how they stereotyped me along with my background. For clarity, I had asked him/her the question 3x to clarify. After the third time, I decided it was no longer a fit for me. I explained and provided full feedback on how the negative comments/questions impacted me and that I wish no longer to continue with the process. 5th Round, HR, I explained to the HR representative what took place, how, repetitive the process is with multiple rounds with different interviewers. I respect a company that goes through a selection process, however, this process is long, drawn out, and in most instances duplication of processes. I suggested they consider a panel interview, therefore, it would save on time and the selection process.
