Do you know how to give a male and a female resident a bath. Do you know how to feed the resident. Do you know how to read their menu slip to make sure the right food is on their tray. Do you know how to properly make up a bed. How to transfer a resident from a wheelchair to the bed, or from a bed to a wheelchair. Do you come to work on time or you a dependable person. Do you call out often.
What qualities do you bring to a team? What differentiates good care and excellent care or something like that. I can't remember the rest, but they were pretty basic/standard questions.
