This would be working with other employees whose quality of work was not satisfactory for what the client was paying for. There were times I accepted a case as a fill in and would stay after my alotted time, just to complete the tasks correctly. I would notify my employer and they would authorize my overtime & work.
I didn't find any of the questions to be difficult, nothing out of the ordinary for interview questions.
