There was no difficult or unexpected questions. They ranged from the standard technical questions to the general interview questions like "name a time when you worked well with a team". Depends on the interviewer.
The most technical question asked was something about air conditioning, which I know little about.

Normal behavioral with focus on processes and problem solving. Also big focus of stakeholder management and influence without authority.
What metrics would you use for a ranking algorithm

The interview process by phone was typical. But the panel interview was unorganized and biased. The interview process may have changed now though.
