They asked detailed questions regarding email marketing and it's best practices. Also what I enjoyed about marketing. Since this position is email marketing specific, one must be well versed in marketing terms and systems. The phone screen and the phone interview with the director went well because I was prepared. The case threw me off; asked if I would send an email out with errors. I said I wouldn't which probably cost me the final face to face interview.
