I was asked what's the most important thing about the restaurant business I answered with the guest experience
what are the culture essentials of the company and how would you apply them in your daily routine.
What leadership experience do you have?
Meeting with the GM was a little nerve racking but I survived. To be honest I had just come from a HORRIBLE serving job so this was like a ray of sunshine through the storm.
Why do you want to work here?
Typical, but quite a lot. Asked several personal questions which I feel was her way of "Trying to get to know me."
