Email, then phone call, then in person. Collabera HR asked me to go over my resume. In client office, asked about planning, background, skill set and technical scenario test. Conversation lasted about 30 minutes. Collabera HR confirmed my position and asked me to wait for offer letter. Later Collabera team din't turned up and come off as a little unprofessional.
They asked about my contributions in the community and experience in leading team projects. They were very interested in Microsoft Suite experience as well at times when I was faced with challenges that had no immediate apparent solution.
