I got selected in Birlasoft, I received the mail,they asked me to submit the bonafide which I submitted on time but they didn't send me any follow back. It's been more than a month and some of my friends received the mail of uploading aadhar ids after bonafide submission but I didn't got and when my friends asked their hr ,they said they won't get the mail. If they didn't want to take the students why did they select at the first place
It was mostly behavioral questions, they didn't ask much technical questions except for one that was how will you fix your wifi if it's not working ?

In the third round, the technical round with the hiring manager. It was more like, talking with your friends about the topic both of you knows and it was good. I had answered almost 70% of the questions. The one thing was, the guy was a 10+ years exp guy and he expects the answer to be worded in his way. Overall, it was good. And I was not the best at the moment because I was nervous and messed a little with the code explanation. That's the only fault. In the end, it was the presentation that failed me. All the questions were only from the resume. The one I failed was where he asked me to explain a snippet which he shows. 2 questions at that. I did the 1st one correct and failed at the 2nd one which was easier. Because of it, I was pushed to second choice.
