I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Sep 2019
Interview
Interview Process is awesome but selection/rejection criteria is awful. I got rejected with a very close margin in the 5th round perhaps but I tried again after 6 months and got an interview call again and I was delighted about it. During the first technical interview, everything went really well. The interviewer at the end asked a question as if I want to ask anything and I said yes "Since I am being re-interviewed, why asking same questions through which I had already seek through?"
The guy said HR can answer you better and Guess what, I got rejected for next round. lolz
First stage was a codility tasks
Write a program which takes a number say 5 and prints +-+-+
Write a program which takes an array and you need to find total jumps from array first index to an index where value is -1. Array index value will be the next index
Third was a very famous Air Reservation system where N rows have 7 seats (3+4+3) and you need to adjust a family of atmost 4
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Find intersection of two arrays. Handle duplication as well

Interview
TLDR:
Got invited to the onsite, never ever heard back from them again!!!!
THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE MY TRAVEL EXPENSE ALTHOUGH THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
1. HR call
2. Codility
3. Live coding on skype, and quick general interview
4. On site interview which consisted of 4 interviews, one coding, one hr, one general with team lead and one architecture.
You are contacted by recruitment coordinator whose role is to provide you with neccesary info. I didnt receive ANY RESPONSE FROM her EVER. I asked to confirm the interview before I invested my own money(that was supposed to be reimburst) - no answer. I asked other stuff as well, no response at all.
My question: My do you keep recruitment coordinators if bots are better?
All the interviewers were very nice and professional. I will not post questions, because I think its not fair. We had nice talk, I almost solved the coding challenge, I think I did good.
Three weeks passed and no info. I asked recruitment coordinator, but I didnt expect much - and nothing has happened.
I then contacted my recruiter directly and weirdest thing happened!
He replied hes sorry and he will call me, and then guess what.
NOTHING.
HE HAS NEVER REPLIED ANY OF MY EMAILS AGAIN.
(About a month later I got an automated email, saying that I was not selected, probably they had to close the process in their system)
How disrespectful is that? I invested my own time, went there to Berlin(from abroad), it was little bit stressful and they dont even care to send feedback.
No money back also, be careful!

Interview
The Interview process from the date of application took about two months. The first stage involved a Technical Algorithm challenge which was followed by an HR interview. A technical interview with a member of the recruiting team then followed. I could not proceed beyond this point.
However, they were professional in their interview process.
