Wood Mackenzie interview questions

The interview process appeared little more than a formality. The interviewer had no relevant experience in the sector. The format of the interview was bizarre - a presentation followed by Q&A. In the course of two one hour interviews I was asked just 6 questions between five different people. Three were the same question about change management. No questions on the content I presented, so it seemed the interviewers were not even interested in discussing the content they requested a presentation on.

It lasted about a month with multiple rounds, first a phone screen followed by two video interviews. The first interview was with the person I would be working directly under, while the final interview was with three different people in the department.
