Target has quite a Seamless interview process in my experience. It was all done pretty quickly all the rounds. HR communication was consistent throughout. Processing after interview was also pretty quick. They were mass hiring at the moment so that could be one reason because I did hear otherwise from a couple of other employees. But my experience was good.

Excel calculations, they had me open excel share screen and gave me an inventory related problem.

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.

A guest tells you they can’t find an item they came in for. Describe how you would respond and the actions you would take.
There were 3 rounds, the rounds were easy, only basic sql and analytics questions were asked. The interviewers were friendly
The talent acquisition team though didn't have very clear communication and kept miscommunicating basic details.
