You should consider yourself lucky you did nto get an offer. These people are clueless and you would live a nightmare daily as a business manager. there is no accountability and no continuity. everyone changes jobs every 18 months so the person who knows the job today is gone tomorrow and no replace emnt named yet. they let them leave first then find a replacement, so there is no turn over of key topics, data, secrets, etc.
