I answered as- I have done three projects during my college days.One in 2nd year and 2 in final year.I am going to explain about my second year project but he replied that remember i have asked best project and I said-yes this is my best project which I have done and I continued.Basically he was testing my confidence level and my understanding about the question asked by him.
