TeamViewer Demand Generation Manager interview questions

"I applied online and went through a phone screen by the HR and then a Hiring Manager interview. Was asked to wait for feedback citing personnel issues - "Our HR is on leave so we have to cover their role therefore your response will take time." The HR phone screen was generic, questions about my job history, why this role, etc. The Hiring Manager was more of the same in more detail re. the role. After 2 weeks of patiently waiting for their response - I received a generic rejection email - no reason given. It is impossible to get feedback on your application status via direct email as they use Smartr - an online platform with automated replies. Quite frustrating and the process is protracted. The whole experience left me frustrated as a hopeful candidate, should have trusted the weak interview rating for them on Glassdoor."
