The interview process required a lot of preparation, but the recruiter and all interviewing managers made the process painless. Each member of staff during the interview were positive, enthusiastic, and gave honest, productive feedback.
Short phonecall with recruiter.
30 minute long competency based interview, followed by a 30 minute mock sales call.
Self reflection presentation of positives/negatives from the mock call, followed by a 45 minute competency based interview with two different hiring managers, a half an hour interview with a Director, and a half an hour chat with two senior BDRs.
