Got the employee referral and applied online and submitted.
Then I got call from recruiter asking for my availability for technical discussions. First one was good.
Recruited sent mail for another technical discusion. I was not able to make it to the second technical discusion.
Infact the next round was remote programming test, then face to face onsite interview.

Salesforce had a fairly standard interview loop, with 5 sessions talking to 5 different interviewers. There was also a lunch interview that involved a lot of discussion about background and previous experience. The team was mostly based in San Francisco, so a lot of the interview was done over video conference. This worked out surprisingly well, though it did make white-boarding more of a challenge.
