The HR and technical interview were held together via Microsoft Teams. Both the HR representative and the future mentor were present. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. HR Part: It was a very pleasant and professional conversation. It covered standard HR topics such as information about the company, technologies used, the team structure, work culture, and the internship program. They also asked about my background, experience, and knowledge, as well as conducted a short English language check through a few questions. Both the HR and technical parts were friendly, with no pressure or uncomfortable moments. The overall tone was positive and supportive. They told me I would receive feedback in two weeks. The next interview round (if I pass) will be either in Belgrade or online, but entirely in English, as colleagues from Germany will also be present.
