I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch
Interview
Long interview process (at least 3 interviews) spanning over 3 weeks, or a month, perhaps.
first interview with HR, second interview with regional manager, and then a third technical interview.
I felt they're looking for people willing to work diligently, rather than people who have the required knowledge to actually bring something to the company.
Good place to work at, I think there's a good opportunity.
Before actually making an offer they'll make you go through the usual psychometric tests and aptitude.

Question 1
mostly about fixtures, materials, and such...
it was a bit disappointing as I prepared for a much more challenging interview based on recommendation.
It was a nice experience and the atmosphere was also great. They asked me basic questions about my projects, practice and different activities. I was nervous at first but then i saw that they re very nice and i was chill.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch in Feb 2022
Interview
Easy technical questions, 5 years prospect questions and further questions about current CV, motivations, soft skills, etc. It seemed like an first job interview modus operandi, so nothing extra ordinary
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Madrid) in Sep 2021
Interview
Primero debes realizar un test de personalidad y luego te llaman para una entrevista; la entrevista fue bastante estándar, con una parte de la entrevista en inglés para comprobar el nivel.
