Interviewed in front of a panel of 4 people who basically took turns spamming me with questions about projects and experiences listed on my resume, and all of the technical questions that were asked were about technical skills I said that I used in listed projects.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX in Aug 2020
Interview
Applied for a position and got a call from a recruiter within a week and was invited for the next hiring round. The process is divided into two steps. The first step is more like a job fair where you virtually meet with different teams and have the chance to secure more interviews (you are guaranteed one interview with the inviting team). Based on the first step, you are invited to the interview round (could be multiple in a day!) The interview process is fairly standard with a senior engineer and the hiring manager with minimal to no technical questions. You will be notified within a couple of days if the company plans to move ahead and offer you a position. Unfortunately for me, the recruiter was not very responsive and it took me a couple of weeks to get the offer and negotiate it. They require at least an interim clearance to start.
Interviewed with 2 different people during a hiring event on their campus. Each person was a software engineering manager. They both asked questions mostly about resume and experience. Only basic questions about programming concepts were asked.
