Good
Interview stages are well designed
Room for Improvement
Communication throughout the offer stage was slow. Left an impression they were not as invested as you would like coming in. Up until offer stage it was very engaging, just slowed at the end when you would hope it to be most engaging, maybe recruitment team were engaged in other open roles.

Warm regards, The Munich Re HR Team
The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (London, England)
Interview
Initial screening by HR, followed up by several face to face interviews with different members of the team. 3 interviews in all.
Completely unprofessional throughout the process both in delivery and organisation. Very off-putting from a client perspective.
Current staff have told me it's akin to a broken home having to get different factions of the Munich Re family under one roof and to beware as divisions have already appeared.
