The interview process began with an initial recruiter call to discuss the role and assess overall fit. This was followed by a first-round interview with a designer, where I presented and walked through 2 of my past design projects. After that, I was invited to a full-loop interview consisting of four back-to-back sessions with different designers. Each session focused on different areas.
