The second interview was with two panel members and followed a more structured format, including STAR-based scenario questions and conversations about the company’s structure. There was also some natural back-and-forth discussion, which made it feel engaging and genuine. Both interviewers were friendly, professional, and easy to speak with. The time between interviews was reasonable (about four weeks), especially given the hiring manager's travel commitments. I appreciated that the timelines were communicated clearly from the outset. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
