Interview
Behavioral Interview. I went to an information session on campus and talked to the representatives after the meeting. I received an interview for the next day. It was a 1:1 interview with a manager at Lockheed Martin and lasted about half an hour. After the interview, I heard back from them after about a month. They called to check that I was still interested in the position and available over the summer. I went through background check and made it to the top 10 candidates. About 2 months after my initial interview, I received an offer for the internship.

Laborious, the HR machine is well developed but has a rather corporate process where you can be sure that it's a big company you are joining. Indication that they need people but may or may not have contracts to staff. Very unsure about the process.
