I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Huntsville, AL) in Dec 2012
Interview
First there was a short phone interview, with non technical interpersonal questions. Then they paid for a flight and hotel to Huntsville to do in person interview, there was a group of people getting interviewed with me. I went into the interview with a guy that was going to be my direct supervisor. Interview was about 45 minutes, and whole process was several hours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about past experiences in many different situations, usually along the lines of "describe a time when this thing went wrong and how did you handle it?". They also asked me to describe in the past about how I got some of the skills and experiences listed on my resume. Then they also asked pretty standard interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Boulder, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process starts off with HR who then asks you some questions and if you are willing to relocate. If they find a suit for you, they will have an on-phone interview and then move on with a on-site interview if you seem to be a good candidate. The on-site interview is a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. You will get notified within 2 weeks if you get the offer for the position applied.

Question 1
Tell me about a project of which you worked as a team. What was your role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
They took forever just to get around to scheduling an interview. When it happened, it was with two managers and one member of the team (one actual engineer). I don't remember any actual technical questions being asked. Along with that there was a drug test, but only for the hiring process; I was never drug tested during my time with the company.
