I applied in-person. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
Quick to the point and friendly. At the career fair I was amongst many fields of professionals and they had many desks with many interviewers interviewing many applicants at once.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2019
Interview
I spoke with a manager at a university career fair, and followed up with an email and my resume. This manager shared my resume with the hiring manager for the position.
I first had a 30-minute phone interview with the standard questions about the contents of my resume and why I wanted to work for the company. I also had time to ask questions of the interviewing manager. Following that, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. During the 2-hour onsite interview I met with a panel of two mechanical engineers + the manager. They repeated the standard questions about my resume etc, then asked me other typical interview questions and offered time for me to ask questions of my own. Finally, they closed with a few technical questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Middle River, MD) in Nov 2019
Interview
The process was a whole day event including four interviews and a campus tour. This was a good way to meet a variety of people from the company, and see all facilites they have to offer.

Question 1
Interviews were mainly reviewing my resume. They asked what kind of position I would like to end up in, in addition to normal interview questions like how I have dealt with interpersonal disagreements in the past.
