Lockheed Martin interview questions

Got the interview 6 weeks after initially applying. Got the offer 2 weeks later. So overall, it took 2 months to get the offer. They like to see you use the STAR method to answer interview questions. It was a virtual panel interview that involved myself and three Lockheed employees.

Very layed back. The process seemed very routine but structured. The questions were rehersed and forced by the panel. I thought the time spent preparing was helpfull durring the interview.
