Basic fundamentals are tested. Strong basics required. Internship and implant training are added advantages. Certifications also lead to a job easily . Communication confidently and you will land on a job.

Had one aptitude test, which was very difficult. Passed that. This was followed by a one hour interview by 2 managers. They grilled from projects to my previous internships and asked many technical questions.
