I've got two Interviews, firstly with the managers of the department and then the second phase with two of my team members. It took about 3 weeks to get the final decision via phone call and email.

Got a mail a few days after applying online. Had a video call interview with 2 managers. Basically asked questions to get to know you and they shared a lot about the company.

Smooth inteview, all the process was described and well implemented. One of the best processes I have experienced. I always received the feedback in the time that has been defined for it, instructions of the next steps. Everything properly documented.
