I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IBM in Sep 2023
Interview
The conversation, which lasted a pleasant 30 minutes, involved them inquiring about my activities in school and whether I had any experience with specific technologies, such as Kubernetes. There were two gentlemen present, and both were exceedingly cordial.
1st round was coding in hacker rank with 2 questions and that could be solved in variety of coding languages. But I did not get selected in the first round itself. So I dont' know how the next rounds are. I have no idea. I'm just writing this so I can see details about some other company
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was asked to do a technical interview virtually using a video calling platform I've never heard of. It was an approximately 45 minute call where I shared my screen writing my code in an IDE I was familiar with and talking through my thought process.
Both of the interviewers showed up late (one about 2 minutes, which I totally get, and the other about 10 minutes, which was awkward).
The interviewer who showed up 10 minutes late seemed annoyed with having to interview someone the whole time and was not very helpful when I asked questions...
Neutral experience, since that was just 1 person's bad day and the overall process seemed decent.
