Telephonic followed by interview- easy to crack - basic statistics questions and coding experience in Python, SAS, Stata, R. Puzzles and Guess estimates were also asked. 1 Hour telephonic and 2-3 Hours Interview
Techincal round followed by HR interview. Interviewwent over what was technically required for the job. HR interview discussed softskills and salary expectations, which were negotiable. Overall a good experience, in my opinion.
Interview went well (to me), but was stuck in between steps for months to end up being rejected. The initial interview and test were not difficult and rather standard for this role's expectations, but cannot comment on other parts except the the long wait between.
